Paul joined the Natco Group of Companies in 2016 and presently serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Natco Group he served in a variety of senior financial roles for a number of publicly-traded multinational manufacturing and technology companies, including EnerNOC, Inc., Evergreen Solar, and Helix Technology Corporation. During his 30+ year career, he has managed in diverse environments, participated in ERP implementations, led continuous improvement initiatives and mentored and built high impact teams. Paul began his career at EY where he spent seven years. He is a CPA and graduated summa cum laude from Bryant University.
Steven joined the Natco Group of Companies and Brookside in 2005 and has been active in Brookside’s private equity business for seven years. He also serves as the Natco Group of Companies’ Chief Financial Officer.Prior to joining the Natco Group and Brookside Steven has held CFO positions at Bluestreak, a venture capital backed technology company delivering advanced marketing data solutions for interactive agencies and advertisers and at Daly & Wolcot which provides ERP system software sales and services. He also spent 10 years as the director of Finance at GTECH a world-wide leader in gaming technology and prior to that 4 years at EY. Steve is a CPA and graduated from Boston University.
David joined Brookside in 2009 and has been active in providing ongoing market and financial research and analysis for the firms existing investment portfolio of companies as well as continued market and financial research on new opportunities in the underwriting process. Prior to joining Brookside, David worked for LSI (NASDAQ: LQDT) in Washington, DC. At LSI David worked on international sourcing and global e-commerce projects. David also has worked in various Financial and Operations roles at Natco Home Group (the parent company) since 2005.David graduated magna cum laude from George Washington University in 2010 with dual degrees in International Business and Entrepreneurship/Strategic Management. David also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management from The Olin School of Business at Babson College.
